Gladcore FedEx Package Missing After Shipment
On September 19, 2026, I placed an order through Gladcore for the "Retro Nano Cam: 2K & 48MP Flip Life" product and paid $10 by credit card. My order was confirmed the same day, and on September 21, the order status showed "on the way," which led me to believe that the package had been shipped.
However, between September 21 and September 26, the package still had not been delivered to me. My order number is Emir #2604, and although the shipping information shows FedEx, I have not received the product.
I have also tried to contact the company by email, but I receive an error when attempting to do so and have been unable to reach anyone. I request that my package be delivered as soon as possible. Otherwise, if I do not receive a response within three days or the package is still not delivered, I request a full refund of the $10 I paid.
