Pandora Has Not Shipped My Order After More Than 10 Days

I am writing regarding my Pandora online order, which has still not been shipped despite the significant delay.

I placed Order No. PNDTR00535194 through the Pandora online store on July 17, 2026. More than 10 days have passed, yet my order has still not been dispatched, and there has been no visible progress in the order status.

Although I paid ₺3,039.00 in full, the prolonged delay and the complete lack of communication regarding my order have caused me considerable inconvenience and disappointment.

Today, I contacted Pandora Customer Service to obtain information about my order. However, despite waiting on hold for approximately 20 minutes, I was unable to speak with a customer service representative. As a result, I have received no information about the reason for the delay or when I can expect my order to be shipped.

At this point, I am unable to obtain assistance through customer support, and my order remains unfulfilled.

I respectfully request that my order be shipped immediately and that I be provided with a clear estimated delivery date without further delay.

If Pandora is unable to fulfill my order within a reasonable time, I request that the full refund of ₺3,039.00 be processed promptly to my original payment method.

Please provide written confirmation regarding the status of my order and the action being taken to resolve this issue.
