AliExpress Order Not Delivered After Estimated Delivery Date

I purchased a product through AliExpress on July 23, 2026, for approximately $55. However, the product was not delivered by the estimated delivery date of July 28, 2026, and despite the time that has passed, I still have not received it.

Although I never received the product, AliExpress has not issued any refund. I have the payment receipt and my order details, and despite having paid the full amount for the product, I have received neither the order nor a refund.

I request that AliExpress refund the full $55 payment to me as soon as possible and conduct the necessary investigation to resolve this issue and compensate me for the inconvenience caused.
