UPS Ignored My Pickup Requests for 3 Days, Poor Customer Service

Hello, I’ve been trying to schedule a pickup with UPS for three days, but my requests are consistently ignored. Every time I create a request, it gets canceled the next day without explanation.

Today, they informed me they would come during a time when I wouldn’t be at the office. I asked them to leave the package with the security desk, but they refused to offer any alternative solutions. Despite my repeated efforts, UPS has shown no regard for my inconvenience or urgency.

Customer service has been unhelpful throughout this frustrating ordeal. I’m incredibly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and support. UPS needs to resolve this issue immediately and improve its service quality.
