Fashion Nova Discount Code Not Working

On January 30, 2024, I bought a My Go To Denim Jumpsuit from Fashion Nova's online store. Regrettably, it was not the right size, so I asked for a replacement. Unfortunately, they let me know that they didn't have any available. Instead, they provided me with a gift card that I can use for a future purchase. On February 2, I tried to use the gift card, but unfortunately, it turned out to be invalid. Upon contacting customer service, I promptly supplied all the required details for the gift card, anticipating a resolution within a span of two days. Unfortunately, it has been four days since I last received any communication from them. Even after multiple attempts to reach a representative in the past two days, I have been unsuccessful in bypassing their automated system. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and insist on receiving a complete refund. I have completely lost confidence in their ability to resolve the issue and worry that I may never be able to utilize the gift cards.
