On February 3rd, I ordered a pair of Blade Washed Faux Leather Cargo Pants - Charcoal from Fashion Nova, using my discount coupon for added savings. The expected delivery date was February 5th, yet the package never arrived. Upon tracking the shipment, I discovered it was marked as returned. With no live customer service support available, I resorted to emailing them. The response claimed my package was returned due to address ambiguity, which is inaccurate, as I've never encountered delivery issues in previous orders. To add insult to injury, instead of issuing a refund, they provided me with a gift card. Not only did my discount coupon go to waste, but also the product's promotional offer expired. I demand Fashion Nova either resend the item promptly or refund my payment to my card without further delay.
