Fashion Nova Order Never Delivered - Refund Denied With Gift Card Offer
Hello, I am contacting you again regarding my order placed on 25th October, which was supposed to arrive within 5–7 business days. Today is well past that timeframe, and I still have not received my order. When I contacted you, I was told that the 2nd of November delivery date was an error and that the correct date was the 18th of November. This is not accurate and goes far beyond the delivery window I paid for. After I challenged this, you apologised but then offered me a gift card, which I do not accept. A gift card is for returned items, not for orders that were never delivered. I did not receive my order, I did not return anything, and I am therefore entitled to a full refund to my original payment method. I will not be ordering anything from Fashion Nova at this time—there is nothing I need or intend to purchase. This delay caused major inconvenience, including missing my friend’s wedding because I was waiting for this order. I expect this matter to be resolved promptly with a full cash refund, not store credit. Please process my refund immediately and provide confirmation.
