My Cat Developed Severe Dandruff And Hair Loss After New Farmina N&D Food

For a long time, I have been using Farmina N&D Ocean Herring and Orange Grain-Free Sterilized Cat Food for my cat. For approximately four years, I preferred the same food without experiencing any problems. However, after purchasing my latest package from Petlebi on November 15, 2025, noticeable issues started appearing in my cat.

We have been using this new package for about one month, and for the last three weeks my cat has been experiencing severe dandruff and significantly increased hair shedding compared to normal.

There have been no changes in my cat’s diet, grooming routine, or overall care, which is why the fact that these problems started only after opening this latest bag of food has seriously concerned me.

During a conversation with a Farmina nutrition consultant, I was informed that Petlebi is an authorized Farmina seller and that the products are officially supplied through them. However, despite repeated attempts, I was unable to reach Farmina customer service through the provided phone number.

Because I used the exact same food for years without any issues and only experienced these problems with this specific package, I believe there may be a problem with this particular batch or lot.

For this reason, I request that the relevant batch of the cat food be thoroughly investigated and, if necessary, that the product be replaced.

I kindly ask that this matter be taken seriously for the sake of my cat’s health and that I be provided with clear information regarding the investigation and outcome.
