Farmina Did Not Respond To My Request To Confirm Cat Food Authenticity

I experienced serious concerns regarding the authenticity of Farmina’s N&D Ocean Sterilized Grain-Free Herring and Orange Adult Cat Food. I purchased the product through Trendyol from a seller named Bircan Pet Shop, and the order was delivered to me on Monday, February 9.
On the same day, I shared the barcode and lot number printed on the packaging with the company via email and requested verification of the product’s authenticity.
However, despite three days having passed since my request, I have not received any response whatsoever.
Recently, there have been increasing claims and discussions regarding counterfeit pet food products, and as pet owners, the issue we care about most is product safety and the health of our cats. To avoid risking my cat’s health, I simply wanted confirmation that the food I purchased was genuine. Despite this reasonable request, receiving no response at all has seriously damaged my trust in the company.
I expect Farmina to carry out the necessary checks regarding this product, which I purchased from the Bircan Pet Shop store on Trendyol under order number #109*****534, and to provide me with a clear, detailed, and prompt response regarding the authenticity of the cat food.
