N&D Cat Food Purchased from Petlebi—My Cat Won’t Eat It and Vomited

I purchased N&D brand cat food on February 25, 2025, but my cat refuses to eat it. Over two days, I offered 100 grams, but my cat only ate 20 grams and then vomited.
I bought this product from Petlebi.com, which claims to be an authorized seller. However, when I tried to contact customer service via email and phone, I received no response. It is impossible to reach support, despite the product supposedly being under warranty.
N&D, where is your customer support? I need a resolution or a refund for this unusable product. Ignoring customers is unacceptable! Respond immediately and take responsibility for your products!
