Farmina Customer Service Dismissed Complaint About Undated Cat Food Packaging

I purchased N&D brand tropical fruits and chicken cat food and realized that there is no lot number, expiration date, or production date information on the package. Because this is a serious issue for my cat’s health and for product traceability, I contacted Farmina customer service to request information and clarification.
I reached Farmina through WhatsApp and the Farmina mobile application and communicated with a customer service representative named İrem. Instead of investigating the issue or examining the product, I was told that I should contact the seller and that they could not do anything.
My concern regarding the missing lot number and date information was not taken seriously, and no solution or guidance was provided. The product was not reviewed or examined, and my complaint was dismissed with the response, “Talk to the seller, we cannot do anything.”
As the manufacturer and brand owner, I expect Farmina to take responsibility, investigate this product that lacks lot and date information, provide me with a clear written explanation, and review the attitude and approach of the customer representative named İrem during this process. I request that my complaint be taken seriously and that I be informed of the outcome after the necessary investigation is completed.
