Farmasi Canceled Order Refund Still Not Received
On January 16, I placed Farmasi order TR-20660456 and canceled it later that same day. I paid a total of $37 with my debit card. Despite canceling the order immediately, I have still not received my refund.
I have also been unable to reach Farmasi's customer service because I could not find a working contact number. I have received no updates regarding either the cancellation process or the status of my refund, leaving me without any information about when my money will be returned.
I am requesting that the $37 payment for my canceled order TR-20660456 be refunded to my debit card as soon as possible. I also ask Farmasi to provide a clear explanation of the refund status and the exact date by which I can expect to receive my money.
