I recently signed up for Farfetch and attempted to use the WRBRE-68XQ5R discount code for new members, but it’s not applying. I’ve tried several times without success, even though there’s plenty of information online stating that new members are eligible for a discount.

I’m ready to place my order, but I need support to apply the discount. Could someone assist me with this issue so I can complete my purchase?
