Refund Request for Famradar Apple Pay Charge

On 24.02.2026, an amount of 49.99 USD was withdrawn via Apple Pay from my Banca Transilvania card for a service called Famradar, without my consent and without my knowledge of having an active subscription. In the past, I shared my card/Apple Pay details with my ex-partner only once, strictly to pay for one service instantly, without activating any subscription or authorizing future payments. After that, the application was uninstalled, and I did not agree to any recurring charges or additional use of my card. Despite this, today I noticed this payment of 49.99 USD, which I consider unauthorized. I contacted Banca Transilvania, and I was advised to file this complaint here. I kindly request a full refund of the 49.99 USD withdrawn on 24.02.2026, the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring payment related to Famradar, and the blocking of any future similar charges made without my explicit consent. I also request that this situation be investigated and that I be informed in writing of the result of the verification, as I do not want my data or my card to be used again by third parties for unauthorized payments.
