Famradar App Triggers Unexpected Apple Store Charges

I am using the Famradar application on iOS and experienced serious subscription and billing issues today via the Apple iStore in South Africa. In the early hours of this morning, at around 3:00 am, several amounts were charged to my Apple ID, even though I only authorized a single small payment. The only payment I intended to make was R15.92. Despite this, my account was charged additional unexpected amounts of R160.68, R144.60, and R12.06 through the Apple iStore. These extra charges were not authorized by me and came as a complete surprise. My Famradar/App Store subscription is billed under the email address / Apple ID: ngwanamadimangwa*****@gmail.com. Up to now, I have not yet contacted Famradar support or Apple Support, because I first wanted to clearly document the issue. I request that all unauthorized amounts (R160.68, R144.60, and R12.06) be fully refunded and that any active Famradar subscription linked to my Apple ID be cancelled, apart from the one payment of R15.92 that I approved. I also ask that my account be checked to ensure that no further unauthorized charges are made in the future.

On Sunday morning, I discovered that I had been charged incorrectly for a Famradar subscription that I started through their website, and I am now unable to cancel it. In total, I have been charged R1137,32, of which only R12,06 has been refunded, and I cannot access the Famradar website anymore to manage or cancel the subscription.

Because the website is no longer visible to me, I have no way to stop the subscription or contact Famradar through their own channels, which leaves me feeling unsafe and taken advantage of, especially after these unexpected charges. I believe these charges are unjustified and that the inability to cancel or reach the company is unacceptable.

I request that my Famradar subscription be cancelled immediately, all payments made (except the R12,06 already refunded) be fully refunded, and that any future payments be permanently blocked. I expect this situation to be resolved as soon as possible.
