Unsubscribe From FamRadar

I am writing regarding unauthorized charges from Famradar that were made from my account, even though I had already canceled the subscription myself. On 09.06.2026, an amount of 9.99 USD was debited from my account at Oschadbank for Famradar. I had previously registered on Famradar and later cancelled the subscription on my own initiative. Despite this, the service continued to charge my account. When I contacted my bank, Oschadbank informed me that they could not cancel the subscription and therefore could not stop these charges from their side. In this situation, I request that Famradar completely cancel my subscription and terminate any further charges to my account. I also ask you to ensure that no additional debits will be made in the future without my explicit consent. I expect a prompt response and confirmation that my subscription has been fully cancelled and that all future charges have been stopped.
