I hold a credit card with Dubai Islamic Bank and on 15 April 2026 I noticed several charges from a company called Famradar on my card statement for $2.99, $8.99, $0.75 and $2.86. These transactions were made without my knowledge or consent, and I have never knowingly subscribed to or authorized any service or recurring payment to Famradar. After seeing these charges, I contacted Famradar and requested that they stop any deductions from my credit card. Despite this, I am still very concerned about these unauthorized transactions and the possibility of future deductions. I request the full refund of all Famradar charges deducted from my Dubai Islamic Bank credit card and the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring payment instruction linked to my card so that no further amounts are charged without my approval.
