FamRadar Subscription Unauthorized Charge

I am writing regarding a 39.99 euro payment taken by FamRadar from my Visa card in France on 22 March 2026. I do not wish this payment to be repeated and I want to cancel any future charges linked to this payment. So far, this payment has only occurred once in March 2026, and I only have the company name and the Visa transaction details to identify it. I have tried to find a way to contact FamRadar but have not been able to locate any clear customer service contact (email, phone number, or contact form). I kindly ask FamRadar to immediately cancel any future payments related to this 39.99 euro charge and to confirm that no further debits will be made from my Visa card.
