FamRadar Cancel Subscription Button Not Working, Charges Continue
I have been using a Famradar subscription that I purchased directly from the Famradar website, and I would like to cancel it. The subscription started on 15 June, and since then I have been charged a total of 60 euro. When I tried to cancel my subscription through the Famradar website, the cancel button did not work and I was unable to complete the process. Because of this technical problem, I have not been able to stop the charges and my request to cancel has effectively been ignored. I request that my Famradar subscription be cancelled immediately, that I receive a full refund of the 60 euro that has been charged so far, and that Famradar provide written confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled and no further payments will be taken.
