FamRadar Fails to Stop Billing After Subscription Cancelled
I had a FamRadar subscription that I canceled through their website on February 23, 2026. Despite canceling the subscription, the service has continued to charge my account.
After the cancellation, FamRadar deducted two separate payments of P200 each from my Absa Visa card. I did not authorize any further charges after canceling, and I have not received any explanation from the company, as I have not been able to resolve this directly with them.
I request that FamRadar refund both P200 charges taken after my cancellation and ensure that my subscription is fully canceled so that no additional charges are made to my Absa Visa card.
