Unauthorized FamRadar Visa Charge on STC Bank Account by Mistake

I am an Stc bank customer and on 16/06/2026 at 08:05 a transaction of 49.99 USD was made via my Visa card to a merchant named FAMRAD. With exchange rate and fees, the total amount reflected on my account was 191.42 SAR, plus 3.75 SAR as a fee. This transaction was made by my son by mistake, and I did not intend to sponsor or authorize any such payment. After noticing this transaction in my account statement, I contacted Stc bank customer service. During the call I was informed and directed about FAMRAD, but I was not able to get clear support in a language I could properly understand, and I could not resolve the problem. I clearly explained that my son made this transaction in error and that I do not accept any sponsorship or continued payments to this merchant. I kindly request that this transaction to FAMRAD for 49.99 USD, including the related fees, be cancelled and fully refunded to my Stc bank account, and that any ongoing or future payments or sponsorships to this merchant be blocked. I ask for this issue to be investigated and resolved urgently, and to be informed in writing of the result.
