I Need a Refund for Unauthorized FamRadar and Familio Charges

On my bank card statement, I noticed an unauthorized charge from FamRadar in the amount of CHF 32.70 dated June 1, with the reference “FAMRADAR GO.FAMRADAR IUSAFL.” I have never subscribed to any FamRadar service or given consent for such a payment. In addition, on June 8 there was another unexpected charge on my account, this time from a company named Familio, for CHF 12, which I also did not authorize. I reached out for support regarding the Farmarad charge, but so far I have not received any response. I am very concerned that my payment details are being used without my consent and that there may be some form of hidden or fraudulent subscription linked to my card. I request a full refund of the CHF 32.70 charged by Farmarad and the CHF 12 charged by Familio, the immediate cancellation and blocking of any subscriptions or recurring payments associated with my card, and a clear written explanation of how these charges were initiated without my authorization.
