Famradar Repeated Unauthorized Debit Card Charges Since April – Refund Request
I have a debit card from Banco Atlântico Europa and I am being repeatedly charged by a service called Famradar, even though I have never used this service or opened a proper account. The first debit I identified was on 12 April, and then the same thing happened again on 12 May, 12 June, 12 July and 12 August, always in the same way, as a Famradar charge on my bank statement. I only once tried to see how the service works, but I never completed any registration or authorised any subscription or payment, so I consider all these debits to be completely unauthorised. I contacted my bank, and they suggested cancelling my card, but I still do not have any contact or support channel from Famradar to ask for an explanation or a refund. For this reason, I am turning to you so that these repeated charges can be investigated and stopped. I request the immediate cancellation of any Famradar subscription or service associated with my debit card and a full refund of all amounts charged from 12 April until today to my account, as these debits were made without my consent.
