Famradar DgtlGoods Charges Appearing on My Credit Card

For several months, I have been seeing recurring charges on my ICS Visa credit card from a company listed as “Famrader / DgtlGoods: Apps (excl Games),” with a reference such as “Famrader+165031974.” I have never knowingly subscribed to any service from this company, I do not have any related app on my phone, and I have never knowingly used any service associated with this name.

After noticing that these charges continued to appear, I contacted my credit card provider and clearly explained that I did not recognize the subscription and wanted the charges stopped. However, I was told that the card provider could not cancel the recurring subscription and that only I, as the cardholder, could cancel it directly with the merchant.

The problem is that I cannot reach Famrader or DgtlGoods through any available channel. I have no working contact information, and I do not even know what specific service these charges are supposedly for.

I request that this unauthorized and unidentified Famrader / DgtlGoods subscription be canceled immediately and that all charges taken from my card for this subscription be fully refunded, as I never knowingly subscribed to, authorized, or used this service. I also request an urgent investigation and a clear written response explaining the source of these charges.
