I Need a Refund for an Unauthorized FamRadar Subscription Charge


I am writing regarding an unauthorized charge from the FamRadar application. I initially activated only a trial subscription for 3 days for $1, and I did not confirm or agree to any further paid subscription. Despite this, on 30.05.2026, an amount of $49 was withdrawn directly from my bank card in connection with FamRadar. I did not give my consent to this charge and did not approve a monthly or any other paid plan. I request that the $49 withdrawn without my confirmation be fully refunded to my bank card, that the paid subscription associated with my account be cancelled, and that any future charges be blocked. I expect this issue to be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
