Famradar Refund Request for Unauthorized Recurring Subscription Charges


I recently discovered that payments for a Famradar subscription have been taken from my bank account without my authorization and without my ability to manage or cancel this subscription. On 28.04.2026 an amount of 377.91 Swedish kronor was debited, and on 28.05.2026 an amount of 467.05 Swedish kronor was debited. I did not knowingly subscribe to Famradar and I did not give consent for these recurring charges. I only noticed these debits today while checking my bank statements. After that, I checked my Google Play account but did not find any active Famradar subscription there, so I cannot manage, view or cancel it myself through the usual subscription settings. In connection with this, I ask you to immediately cancel any Famradar subscription linked to my data and to stop any further charges, and to refund in full all amounts already debited: 377.91 SEK and 467.05 SEK. I expect a prompt explanation of how this subscription was created without my clear consent and a full refund to my bank account.
