Famradar Charged Me Without Easy Cancellation – Refund Request

Today I noticed that Famradar charged me 49.90 EUR, even though I do not want to use this service. I had started the subscription through their website, but now I do not want to continue and I want to cancel. When I try to sign in to the Famradar website to cancel, I cannot connect and there is no clear method or button to unsubscribe. Because of this, I am unable to stop the payments by myself. I also tried to reach them for support, but nobody has answered me so far. I request that my Famradar subscription linked to my email address flogod***@yahoo.com be cancelled immediately and that today’s 49.90 EUR payment be refunded to me. I also ask that no further charges be taken from my account.
