FamRadar Made Unauthorized Charges to My FNB Debit Card

I recently discovered unexpected deductions from my FNB debit card by a company called Famradar, and I am requesting an urgent full refund and cancellation of any subscription linked to my account. On 12-06-2026, an amount of 214 Namibian dollars was taken from my account, and before that there was another deduction of 170 Namibian dollars. I did not knowingly purchase any Famradar service or approve any subscription, and I do not know what plan or product these payments are for. I am a person with limited financial means, and these unexpected deductions have put me in a very difficult situation. I kindly request that all charges made by Famradar to my FNB debit card be fully refunded and that any current or future subscription or automatic payment associated with my details be immediately cancelled so that no more money is taken without my clear consent. I also request that Famradar provide a clear explanation of why these amounts were taken from my account and under which subscription or agreement they claim to have charged me. I expect the total of all unauthorized deductions to be refunded as soon as possible and written confirmation that no further charges will be made.
