Fam Radar Charged but Service Access Not Activated
On August 12, 2026 I paid 16.94 MXN (0.99 USD) to Fam Radar, but after the payment I still cannot access the service as promised. The system keeps showing the same situation and does not allow me to use what I paid for. Despite this, the charge was successfully made to my card, as can be seen from the transaction records. I tried to resolve the issue but the problem continues in exactly the same way. I request that Fam Radar either immediately activate and grant me access to the service I paid for, or, if this is not possible, refund the full amount of 16.94 MXN (0.99 USD) to my card without any further delay.
