FamPay Support Needed After ₹100 Sent to Wrong Person via QR Code

I recently made a QR payment using FamPay, and the money went to the wrong person. A short while ago, around 10–15 minutes before writing this, my friend sent me a QR code so that I could pay, but it turned out to be linked to another person, an online acquaintance. I scanned this QR and paid 100, and when we asked this person to return the money, he cut off contact with us. After this, I blocked that user because he refused to cooperate and did not return the amount. I am very uncomfortable that money can be sent so easily to someone who can then just disappear without any support from their side. I request that FamPay urgently review this transaction and help me regarding this mistaken payment. I would like you to investigate this user and take the necessary action, and if possible, assist me in recovering the 100 that was wrongly sent.
