I am writing regarding a wrong QR code payment I made today using the FamPay app in Churu, Rajasthan, India. I intended to pay a shop, but the payment was accidentally made to the wrong QR code, and ₹79 was deducted from my FamPay account. I have not yet been able to reach the recipient or resolve this issue directly. I request that FamPay urgently look into this incorrect transaction and either reverse it and refund ₹79 back to my FamPay account or provide appropriate support to help correct this mistaken payment. I expect a prompt response and assistance so that the money can be recovered as quickly as possible.
