Fampay Payment Sent To Wrong ID - No Refund

On 19 February, I accidentally sent a payment of 100 via Fampay to a wrong number/ID (*8848256***@mbkns*). This was an unintentional transaction and I noticed the mistake only after the money had already been transferred. Following this, I immediately reported the issue to Fampay through email, but I have not received any response so far. The lack of feedback and support has left me without any information on the status of my money or whether any action is being taken. I kindly request that this wrong payment be investigated and that the amount of 100 be credited back to my Fampay account as soon as possible. I also request a clear update on the investigation and the outcome.
