FamPay Locked Me Out With a False Device Rooted Error
I am writing to raise a serious issue with my FamPay account access. Since around 13 June, I have been unable to use the FamPay app because it keeps showing a “device rooted” message and does not allow me to log in. Due to this, I cannot access or use the balance of approximately ₹2,600 that is stuck in my account. In the last 12 days, I have already sent more than 50 emails to FamPay support from my email address nitinv***[email protected]. However, every time I receive the same automated response asking me to wait for 24 hours, and nothing is actually resolved. There is no proper update, no manual review, and no real help, which is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Because I still cannot access the app or my money and support is not providing any effective solution, I request that FamPay refund the full ₹2,600 balance from my FamPay account to my bank account immediately. I expect this refund to be processed on priority, without any further delay, and I also request a clear confirmation once it is completed.
