I have been using a REALME 12 Pro 5G, and for the past 10 days or more I have been facing a serious issue with my Fampay account. I have lost access to my Fampay account as well as to the email address and password linked to it, and as a result I am completely unable to log in. I have already exhausted all attempts to change or recover my account details, so I am now fully locked out.
There is more than ₹15,000 in my Fampay wallet/card, which I am currently unable to access because of this issue. I have already contacted the Fampay support team and spoken with the Trio team multiple times, but instead of providing a clear resolution, they keep sending me in circles without offering a concrete solution or restoring my access.
I request that my identity and ownership of the account be verified through alternative methods and that my access to my Fampay account be urgently restored. Alternatively, I request that the money in my account, which exceeds ₹15,000, be safely returned to me as soon as possible. I expect a prompt and clear resolution, as this is my hard-earned money and it has been inaccessible for many days.
