Fampay Incorrectly Flags My OnePlus Phone as Rooted and Blocks Account Access

I am writing about an issue I am facing with my Fampay account linked to the email ID adithya***@gmail.com and mobile number 86180159** on my OnePlus Nord CE4 Lite 5G device. Since 02/06/2026, the app has been showing an “unusual activity detected / rooted device” warning and is not allowing me to use my account properly. Fampay customer care informed me that my phone is rooted and that I must use a non‑rooted device, but my phone is not rooted and I have not made any such modifications. Due to this incorrect detection, I am unable to access and use the balance in my Fampay account, where I currently have ₹889. I contacted Fampay support by email, but after informing them that my phone is not rooted, I have not received any proper response or resolution, and the problem still continues. I request that my account access be restored or any technical restriction on my device be removed so that I can freely use my ₹889 balance without further delay. I expect Fampay to urgently review this false rooted‑device detection on my OnePlus Nord CE4 Lite 5G and ensure that I can access and use my money.
