FamPay Needs To Reactivate My Account And Release My Funds

My FamPay account (ID: sujal.nn**@fam) was temporarily suspended on the 6th of this month, and since then I have been completely unable to access my funds or use the account for my daily transactions.
I always try to follow all the rules and guidelines of the FamPay platform. If any issue or mistake occurred unintentionally from my side, I sincerely apologize, as I never intended to violate any policies.
At the moment, approximately ₹4,500 remains blocked inside my FamPay account, and I cannot use or withdraw this money. This situation is creating serious difficulties for me because I depend on this account for managing my regular daily expenses and transactions.
What is most frustrating is that I still have not received a clear explanation regarding the exact reason for the suspension or what specific issue caused the restriction on my account.
I kindly request that FamPay carefully review my account, clearly explain the reason behind the suspension, and reactivate my account as soon as possible so that I can regain access to my ₹4,500 and continue using FamPay normally for my regular financial activities.
