FamPay Blocked My Account and Stuck Balance With No Response
I am using a FamPay UPI-only account, and on 30 July 2025 my account was temporarily blocked due to alleged over-transaction. Since that date, an amount of ₹2,200 has been stuck in my FamPay account and I am unable to access or use this balance in any way. I contacted FamPay customer support via email regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far. This lack of communication and the continued blocking of my funds is causing me serious inconvenience. I request that FamPay refund the full amount of ₹2,200 that is currently stuck in my account as soon as possible. I also request clear information about the reason for the blocking and the status of the refund process.
Progress
I am using Fampay’s UPI service and my account was blocked on 25 July 2025 due to what the app described as an “over transaction” issue. Since that date I have not been able to use my Fampay UPI properly and my money has effectively been stuck in the account.
I contacted Fampay customer support by email regarding this block and the funds that are not accessible, but I have not received any response so far. The lack of communication and solution has caused me serious inconvenience.
I request that my blocked amount be refunded to me as soon as possible and that I am informed clearly about the reason for this over‑transaction block and the current status of my account.
