FamPay Locked Me Out Of My Account With Needed For Tuition

I am a teen user of Fampay India and I am extremely disappointed with the serious problem I am facing with my UPI and app account. On 3rd May, my account was logged out automatically and since then, for the past five days, I have been completely unable to log in again. I had completed my KYC when I first started using Fampay, and my account was registered with the mobile number +91 9433907***. There is ₹1,620 in my Fampay account balance, which I had kept aside specifically for my tuition fees. Because I cannot access my account or my own money, I am under a lot of stress and anxiety. This situation is directly affecting my studies, because I am worried about paying my tuition fees on time instead of focusing on my education. I tried to reach Fampay support multiple times, including sending numerous emails, but I have not received any proper help or clear response, and I could not get any assistance over call either. For a financial service used by minors, this lack of support is unacceptable and has left me feeling helpless. I urgently request Fampay India to take this matter seriously and resolve it without any further delay by either restoring my access to the account immediately or refunding my ₹1,620 to me at once so that I can pay my tuition fees and continue my studies without this constant worry.
