I am a FamPay user, and my FamPay UPI ID is 73572401**@fam. On March 20, 2026, my FamPay account was blocked without any explanation being provided to me.
Since then, I have not been able to use my account properly, and I cannot access or use the balance available in it. As a result of this block, ₹999 is currently stuck in my FamPay account, and I am unable to spend or transfer it.
I have not been given any clear reason for why my account was blocked, and this situation is causing me inconvenience.
I request that my FamPay account be urgently unblocked and that full access to my funds be restored. I also ask that the reason for this block be reviewed and clearly explained to me so I can avoid similar issues in the future.
