I Sent ₹1,015 To Wrong UPI On FamPay - No Support

I am a minor Fampay user and I use only my Fampay balance, without any linked bank account. On 25 and 26 February, due to a wrongly saved contact on my phone, a total of ₹1,015 was sent via UPI from my Fampay account to the wrong person. The transactions were successful and the amount was debited from my Fampay balance. Immediately after noticing this mistake, I contacted Fampay customer support through the app. However, until now I have received no response or support. This lack of response is unacceptable, especially considering that I am under 18 and this is a significant amount for me. I firmly request Fampay to urgently investigate these UPI transactions and initiate the process to reverse the total amount of ₹1,015 to my Fampay account, if technically and legally possible. I also expect a clear written explanation of the steps being taken, along with a prompt and responsible response from your support team instead of continued silence.
