I am experiencing a serious issue with my FamPay FamX account linked to my mobile number. For the past 4–5 days, whenever I try to log in using my mobile number, the FamX account does not open at all.
There is money in this account, and I am unable to access it, which is causing me significant stress. I am using FamX from Alwar, and so far I have not found any way to resolve this issue on my own.
I have not yet contacted customer support because the main problem is that the account itself does not open with my mobile number, and I do not see a clear way to recover access.
I request that FamPay urgently resolve this issue by restoring access to my FamX account linked to my mobile number and ensuring that the funds in my account are safe and accessible. I also expect a clear explanation of why this issue occurred so that it does not happen again.
