Want My FamPay Account Back
I am writing regarding a problem I am facing with logging into my FamPay account. I no longer have access to the mobile number that was linked to my Aadhaar and registered on FamPay. Because of this, I am unable to log in to my account or use your services. My old registered mobile number was 9410525*** and my Aadhaar number was 4254 4041 7***. My new mobile number is 7037285*** and I would like my FamPay account to be updated with this new number so that I can access my account again. There is more than ₹1,000 left in my FamPay account, and I am currently unable to access or use this balance. I have already tried reaching out to FamPay customer support for help with updating my mobile number, but I have not received any response so far. This situation is causing me difficulty as I cannot use my account or the money remaining in it. I kindly request that you urgently help me update my mobile number on my FamPay account or provide an alternative way to verify my identity and regain access to my account and the balance in it.
