Fampay Account Recovery Needed After Lost SIM Card
I am using the Fampay Android application in India, and I have been unable to access my account because the mobile number linked to it is no longer active. I lost access to that number on December 30, and since then I have not been able to log in to my Fampay account.
My main request is to update the mobile number registered on my Fampay account and restore my access. This is urgent because a payment was mistakenly sent to my Fampay account yesterday, and I cannot check or manage it since I am locked out.
I am requesting your support to verify my identity through alternative methods and update my mobile number so I can log in again and properly manage the recent payment and any future transactions.
