BDGWIN Deposit Not Credited - Fampay Issue
I deposited 100 rupees to my BDGWIN account using UPI through the Fampay app, but the money has not been received in my BDGWIN account. After the payment, I contacted BDGWIN customer support many times. Each time they only told me that “your payment is under review, please wait patiently” and they repeated the same answer four times without giving any proper solution or clear update. I request that my 100 rupees be refunded back to my Fampay UPI as soon as possible, or that you immediately credit this amount to my BDGWIN account and give a clear explanation of what happened with this transaction.
I want my money refunded now.
