Fampay Wallet Deducts Money but TASHANWIN Account Not Updated
I made a UPI deposit of 1,500 to my TASHANWIN game account on March 15 using the Fampay app. The amount was successfully deducted from my Fampay wallet, but it was never credited to my TASHANWIN game account.
After noticing that the money was missing, I contacted customer support, but my request was rejected even though the deposit was not reflected in my game account. As a result, I have neither my money nor the balance in the game. I request that this issue be urgently investigated and that the amount of 1,500 either be refunded to my Fampay wallet or properly credited to my TASHANWIN game account.
