My Martini 50cc Scooter Broke Down 10 Times in 3 Months and Can’t Be Replaced

I bought a Martini 50cc scooter in July 2024, and in just three months, it has broken down 10 different times, each time from a different part of the vehicle. It’s been a constant cycle of breakdowns, repairs, and frustration.
When I contacted the dealer to request a replacement, they told me that since the scooter is still under warranty, they would only provide free repairs—not a replacement. But how is that fair for a product that clearly has repeated and recurring issues? I’ve just brought it in for yet another repair, and I’ve completely lost faith in the product.
When I tried calling the manufacturer, I was met with a pre-recorded voice message and then the line disconnected. No support, no accountability, and no way to escalate the issue.
This is unacceptable. I purchased a new vehicle to avoid this kind of inconvenience—not live at the repair shop. Martini needs to take responsibility and offer a full replacement or refund for this defective product.
