Falcon Trex 188 Gave Me 8 Separate Faults but the Brand Still Refuses Refund


I bought the Falcon Trex 188 brand new, expecting that the warranty would give me some reassurance, but it has not turned out that way at all. In just 22 months, the bike has experienced 8 distinct malfunctions, each happening at various intervals. In total, I’ve spent about 8 to 9 months just managing repairs and waiting for the motorcycle to be serviced. I’m really fed up with this. I requested a refund, but for the last 5 months, the only response I’ve received is “we’re waiting to hear back from the factory.” It can be really frustrating to encounter silence or unclear responses. A vehicle-selling company should truly support their product, and at this moment, I feel utterly disappointed by their lack of accountability.
