Ongoing Fault And Service Deficiency in Honda CB650 R Motorcycle

Dear HONDA, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a persistent mechanical issue with my 2025 model CB650 R motorcycle, which I purchased on April 29, 2025. From the initial days of use, the motorcycle has exhibited a serious fault: while traveling at high speeds, the engine cuts off unexpectedly, and the malfunction indicator light illuminates. I first reported this issue to the authorized service center on July 10, 2025. The vehicle was taken in for inspection, and I was informed on July 12, 2025, that the issue had been resolved. However, upon testing the motorcycle, I immediately experienced the same malfunction. I returned the vehicle to the service center, where it currently remains. To date, I have not been provided with a clear diagnosis or a timeline for resolution. The only response I receive is that the issue is "under investigation." Due to the ongoing nature of this fault and the lack of a timely solution, I have requested a replacement (courtesy) vehicle during the repair period. Unfortunately, this request has been denied, leaving me without a means of transportation and causing significant inconvenience. As a consumer, I believe I am entitled to appropriate service and support during the warranty period, including the provision of a replacement vehicle when the product is unusable due to technical failure. I respectfully urge your company to address this issue promptly and to provide a courtesy vehicle without further delay. Should this matter remain unresolved, I reserve the right to pursue further action through the relevant consumer protection authorities. Yours faithfully,
