Recently, on November 29th, 2022, my Fakir Inovator X Plus 7286 vacuum cleaner that I had purchased back on February 7th of the same year stopped working - and it was no joke. The plastic pipe had been damaged, and unfortunately for me this wasn't due to any fault of mine as authorized service personnel from two separate companies said. It was simply a case of subpar quality materials. This didn't sit well with me though because I wanted answers to why my new upright charger was knocked out so soon after being bought and now nothing was being done about it. I've been trying to get some sort of resolution but so far nada. It's just one problem after another and I'm getting more and more frustrated by the day. Sure I understand things happen, but this isn't right at all and something needs to be done pronto! Like you can see in the photos included below, the plastic pipe is flawed in pretty much every way imaginable which should be enough evidence to prove it has nothing to do with user error or anything like that.Yeah sure these products aren't cheap but at least you should expect them to last a few months without breaking down beyond repair y'know? I don't think I can take much more of this vacuuming drama! It should end now!
