Fakir WD9 Pure Clean Mop Function Not Working Since Purchase

Last year, I purchased a Fakir WD9 Pure Clean cordless wet and dry vacuum from Evmer. I did not start using the product immediately after purchase, but I have been actively using it for about 8 months since getting married. Throughout these 8 months, I have experienced continuous malfunctions with the device.
The vacuum is designed to both mop and vacuum, and it also includes a self-cleaning function. However, due to these features not working properly, I have not been able to get any real benefit from the product. At one point, the device tripped the electrical circuit and stopped working completely; this issue was repaired under warranty. However, the main problem—the mopping and self-cleaning functions—has never worked correctly. When I try to activate the cleaning mode, even though I fill the clean water tank with drinking water as instructed, the device constantly gives an error and does not operate. Since the day I bought it, I have not been able to properly use the mopping function at all, meaning the product does not perform its intended purpose.
Each time I experienced these issues, I personally went to the Evmer store and explained the situation. However, I was simply told, “whatever the service says goes,” and was repeatedly directed to the service center. Because the device is heavy, transporting it back and forth to service is very difficult, and since my spouse works, this process has been extremely exhausting for us. Despite all this effort, no permanent solution has been provided, and I continue to face the same issues.
I paid approximately $1,250 for this product in installments, and even though there is still about one year remaining on the warranty, I am unable to use its core features. I am completely dissatisfied with this product, and due to its ongoing defects, I request a full refund in accordance with consumer protection laws.
